5.7 For safety of life, body of the customers;
5.8 To carry out the payment of goods’ price and service charge, refund, deduction of the withholding tax, receipt of reward, preparation of accounts or any action in accordance with laws governing accounting, tax and duty;

The Company shall store and compile the personal data of customers. In this connection, the Company imposes the appropriate measure to store and compile the data and such measure may be adjusted to be in line with the relevant laws as follows:

If the customer revokes his/her consent of the storage, compilation, usage or disclosure of his/her personal data, such revocation may affect the reservation of plane ticket, hotel, accommodation, food, transportation. In addition, the customer may be unable to tour or to enter or to depart the country, unable to use airline’s service or unable to check in hotel and unable to use tour service or to use any product of the Company.

The Company has its appropriate measure for promoting the security of the customer’s personal data which is in line with the terms and security measure.
